Newest Zine: Hello My Name Is
I just released my newest zine titled: Hello My name Is on Etsy yesterday. Inside the pages you will find personal stories that deal what it is like living with a mental illness and how each person is different. I tried to get people who submitted to keep it light and positive. They did. This zine is radical mental health at it's finest. I am really proud of these 16 pages and the people that shared their personal and inspiring stories.

[Creepmas] Day 7 - Deck The Walls
Matt and I both love art a lot and try to support as many artists as we can. Art makes good gifts for others and for your home. Here is some cool art picks for your home or for you to give to others.
I start off with Mab Graves' The Dolly Collector. I collect toys - from big eyed creepy dolls to cute plushies so I love looking at all the toys captured in this print. Please read my interview with her on SCK.
Matt just received a few prints from Sophia Rapata in the mail. I liked the fact she took time out to address the package herself, used washi tape, stamps and other crafty touches to make the packages special.
Simona Candini is another favorite of mine. I have some of her work on my wall. I need to add this one to my collection though - it reminds me of Mady and I. I like how cats and other animals play a part in her work. You can read my interview with her on SCK as well.
I have this print of The Baphomet by Chuck Hodi on my wall - a gift from Matt - it is awesome!
ParlorTattooPrints has old school style that has a modern feel to each of their prints. Lydia is a favorite of mine. I have their Moz print on my wall.
I hope you like these art picks! I feel art is the gift that keeps on giving - better than an STD right?

Underground Press Famous - Kinda Sort Of
I have a photo in the spooky girl centerfold section in the latest Goir Noir. The magazine is coffin shaped and has some cool art by Quyen Dinh (which is an artist I like and have a print from on my wall!).
I am also in SRVIV #3 as well as Alice Bag - which is cool!
I even have my own zinester trading card out in circulation.
I also have a short piece in Mental Health Is Ugly put out by Queer Anxiety Babiez Distro.
So I feel like a star. Getting mail like this with my name/photo in it is awesome! Support these people and their projects! Get involved in independent press and you too can see your name and face all over the place!

The Stay At Home Girlfriend #8
After having to bury the remaining two kittens in the litter last week I felt sadness and reworked my intro to include some love for them. So issue 8 has taken a bit longer to get out. However, this issue is 32 pages, with some amazing content. So please check it out and buy a copy here.

Winter Dry Skin Help - My Current Fave Products
As I talked about before I get dry hands. In the winter my hands can become sore, between my fingers get dried and cracked and just hurt. I am always on the lookout for super moisturizing products that heal, smell great and of course are vegan and cruelty free! So if you have a favorite let me know so I can go try it out!
I love basmati rice - it is my fave so when I saw Epically Epic Soap had a solid lotion with this fragrance I snatched it up! It is more floral than nutty like when I have rice on the stove top but it has a comforting warm scent. I use this before bed to sooth me to sleep. It absorbs nicely, it is non greasy and the scent lingers. It also smooths out friz in winter dry hair as I tested out this week!
Lush's Sympathy For The Skin was first sampled in December, I had never tried it before. Once I tried it the cocoa-oatmeal scent melted my heart and made me feel cozy! I went and bought a tub after my sample ran it's course. It is lighter than other Lush lotions so I really like it, I can even use it on my chest without breakouts. At close to $30 it is a treat but a nice lil treat that will last. A bit goes a long way!
Le Beuree's Beurre Shea Butter Body Cream - I received this in January's Petite Vour box and I really like it. The sent is clean and sweet and sticks around. It is a thick putty like cream, warm it up between your hands before smoothing it in for best results. I like it for my hands at night and any dry patches that pop up. I think it is to heavy for all over use - especially for the chest and back, it may cause breakouts.

Delezhen Jewelery Love
I have been on a real gold kick lately. It started with me buying a pair of Versace sunglasses that have gold accents. So now I mix silver and gold together and think nothing of it. I even try to grab gold more and mix it into my wardrobe-accessory-stash.
For our anniversary Matt did a little wishlist shopping for me after we agreed on not getting each other anything (besides cards and a 6 pack of beer I bought him)! Matt picked out a black onyx necklace from Delezhen that I had on my wish list. After handing it to me and me telling him that he broke the rules I opened it up all giddy like. I was so happy but then I noticed a pearl on the clasp and said that I did not know it contained non-vegan animal/sea life bits. I was sad, that I did not know it contained a pearl, so he contacted the shop owner and she said she can me a vegan version. We sent it back and in a week I had my new necklace! I have worn it a few times since I have gotten it - I really like the simplicity of it. Even though it is a simple design it is really eye catching and striking!

Tropical Shower Delight
I am slowly feeling better from whatever I caught last week. I enjoyed a roller derby game over the weekend, lots of sleep and a tropical shower! My mood is still blah and I get drained pretty easily but all in all I am getting better!
I received my body care order from The Sudsatorium last week and even with a stuffed up nose I smelled the delights wrapped up in the package. I found the company while searching for new vegan beauty booty online. At first the packaging/display reminded me of Lush but then I was caught up in the unique scents and ingredients they were using.
Enter Monkey Business Soap, a delightful banana packed bar of pure delight. It has actual banana pieces floating in the bar. It smells fruity and creamy thanks to the real bananas and soy yogurt. Not tons of lather but tons of scent and it leaves me feeling clean. The bar actually scents up the whole bathroom and I cannot stop smelling it.
There are many delights I want to try from The Sudsatorium, where do I start? From body care and lip products to shampoo! So much to choose from. All vegan and handmade to boot! Go check them out for yourself! Get clean and smell nice!
