The sinus infection I have been battling has been dwindling in severity over the last few weeks. I was on antibiotics and continue using my inhaler. Since taking the antibiotics my taste buds have been thrown off, nothing tastes right but I hope that now that I have finished them I can taste food again. I am really tired still and have coughing spells. Now Matt is under the weather...ugh!
A few things that have helped us feel better include: sleep (for me sometimes at least 12 hours), Umcka Cold Care Syrup, Ricola Origina, tea, soft foods (when it was to difficult to chew for me), Olbas Nose Inhaler and more sleep.
I hope to get back into the groove of things again. Right now I need a nap!
